We’ve chatted numerous times, she’s super experienced, can troubleshoot through a few things easily, and is full of great knowledge, referring to the technicians and getting back. She was amazing, and the young man who showed up, named Robert, was early. Asked permission in a phone message to pop by earlier it worked out great. He figured it out. Helped me hook up to the app on my phone, gave great feedback, and cleared my questions. I was totally impressed and thankful. Appreciate you guys!
