McCrorie Heating just installed a new heat pump at my house. They are so knowledgeable and helped me select a unit that will be more energy efficient which will lower my heat bill and earn me a tax deduction. McCrorie Heating also installed and maintained the heat pump in my previous house. I highly recommend them! They are always thorough in installation and maintenance of equipment to ensure a customer gets a long life out of their investment.

I feel like I’m dealing with an honest company. My furnace is 20 years old and leaking, but nobody has tried to sell me a new one. Damon just did his level best to fix the leak, and told me that the furnace still looks good to go. When it does fail, I’ll call McCrorie. I’m a grateful homeowner!

The representative was excellent. I was so impressed at how thorough he was at cleaning everything on my ductless heater. Then he reviewed the settings on the remote - I learned so very much from that. My heater is heating the house better because of it. Then he took the time to fix my light remote... he made my day... Everything is better because of him!

Justin was our first introduction to McCrorie when we needed our old furnace repaired and worked closely with us. When we needed to replace our system we had 3 quotes provided and received a lot of information and generated good questions that Justin had answers for. We didn’t price shop nor ask for any breaks in the quote. We tell everyone we talk to go with McCrorie. Friendly, great service, respectful, responsive and reliable.
