2026 service: Jason came to check my unit after it seemed to be struggling to cool my home properly. He took all the time required to figure out the problem. And while I did have to wait a bit for the parts to arrive, he returned and replaced the parts and the unit is working perfectly now. Jason did a great job and is clearly very knowledgable with thsee heat pump systems! 2025 update: I still request Justin for the servicing of my mini split unit. He continues to be an excellent tech who is professional, expedient and thorough! ***** Just another update that I want to add since I purchased the system and left this initial review**** Justin Stanford has come to do maintenance on this unit for the last two years and he has done a great job. I love that this company has employees who have worked there for years and they are so knowledgeable and can offer updates and info to help me manage my heating and cooling needs. Jason and Joey were amazingly professional and efficient during the installation of my new ductless system. They listened to my concerns, found great solutions, did an immaculate clean up afterwards and took plenty of time to inform me about operation and maintenance. I can’t recommend them and McCrorie Heating & Cooling enough.

Justin came out and added remote sensors for the thermostat. Very professional and spent time to make sure everything worked properly and that we understood the operation. No more hot and cold spots thoughout the house!
