I have used McCrorie for yearly furnace checkups. We decided on a date for swapping the old with a new, efficient model. The HVAC men were here and ready to begin work. They worked together, and soon the old furnace was going out, and they brought in the new one. Upon completion, Joey explained how the furnace worked and my warranties. I am very pleased with McCrorie's!

Jason came to our house to service our heater and air conditioner. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After he finished, he brought up some concerns in regard to our air conditioning unit. Given the age of our unit, he suggested that we take a look at pricing for other units. He further told us that McCrorie also offers special financing, as air conditioner units can be expensive. He lastly stated that our heater was still working correctly. Jason was meticulous and cleaned up the area afterward. Jason should be recognized for his outstanding customer service. Thanks again, McCrorie!

I was having an issue with my furnace cycling on and off on the first really cold day of the year, even though it had run fine leading up to that day. Everyone I called was booked, of course, until I called McCrorie. I had never heard of this business until I needed someone, but they had good reviews, and once again, I needed a furnace fixed. The woman who answered the phone, can't remember her name unfortunately, was very friendly and compassionate to my needs. She put me on hold for a minute, and then told me that she could have someone there within 45 minutes, maybe sooner. In half an hour Joseph showed up and was very polite and professional as I explained the issue and everything that I tried. He took about an hour looking over, troubleshooting and testing my furnace. Found an easy fix and had it working like new. He explained some further minor issues that I might consider in the future, but furnace now working perfectly. I will definitely keep McCrorie Heating and Cooling in mind in the future. Thanks Joseph and McCrorie Team!
