A totally seamless experience from Lana at the office to Joey and Ty completing the installation. Professional and pleasant! We never felt pressured or rushed and our new furnace is excellent. I have used McCrorie for yearly furnace checkups. We decided on a date for swapping the old with a new, efficient model. The HVAC men were here and ready to begin work. They worked together, and soon the old furnace was going out, and they brought in the new one. Upon completion, Joey explained how the furnace worked and my warranties. I am very pleased with McCrorie's!

Jason came to our house to service our heater and air conditioner. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After he finished, he brought up some concerns in regard to our air conditioning unit. Given the age of our unit, he suggested that we take a look at pricing for other units. He further told us that McCrorie also offers special financing, as air conditioner units can be expensive. He lastly stated that our heater was still working correctly. Jason was meticulous and cleaned up the area afterward. Jason should be recognized for his outstanding customer service. Thanks again, McCrorie!
