The entire team, beginning with John McCrorie, who came to the house to make the initial “sales call” and continuing through the furnace and AC installation with Jason’s team made us confident we would be in good hands. Office staff also very helpful. AND, 24/7, if a question or issue comes up, there’s a trained professional tech to reach by phone….might even get John himself to provide that support. These are people you want to do business with.

We were pleased with Damon and the recent annual service checkup. He does a terrific job explaining things and asks great questions about how we use the furnace and AC unit. Really enjoy being a McCrorie customer!

Exceptional service once again from this a company we really enjoy doing business with.Damon came out for the annual service on our Trane furnace and AC (both installed by McCrorie) at our Whitefish vacation home and, as always, took time to explain what he was checking and adjusting if necessary. We like that he asks questions about how we use the systems, which helps him keep things running smoothly and efficiently. He showed us a couple of new features of the Trane mobile app, allowing us to monitor and adjust virtually everything remotely.Always great to see him for the annual check-ups, and confident that if we needed a service call he and McCrorie would be quick to respond.
