We are living in a time when most businesses are more concerned about their bottom line than they are about their customers. Fortunately for me, that is not the case with McCrorie Heating and Cooling. I recently had an issue where water was dripping out of the indoor part of my unit, flooding the cabinet below it with water. After communicating my concern with Mr. McCrorie, he quickly jumped into action, having a tech scheduled to address the issue. The tech, Justin, not only fixed the issue, he went above and beyond to make sure the problem would not repeat itself again down the road, not just a temporary fix to get by, but spending the time to check and make sure the repair done would be permanent while at the same time explaining to me in a way I could understand what had happened and giving me the assurance that when he was done this issue was permanently resolved. During my entire experience, I was treated with courtesy and respect, and communicated to me that I, as a customer, mattered to them and they would stand behind their work and product to make sure I was completely satisfied. I have a great appreciation and respect for Mr. McCrorie and for Justin.

I was extremely impressed with Damon’s work. He not only fixed the problem with my AC unit but also gave me several hints on how to get it to work more efficiently. How went above and beyond by helping me move furniture to access the cold air return to remove the filter. He said he would set up for annual service. I will definitely recommend him and your company to anyone.
